We collect the name, email address, telephone number, company name, inquiry content and related information you provide during inquiries and business discussions. Telephone number and company name are optional form fields. Please do not submit sensitive information or another person's personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Our delivery providers may process IP addresses, access times, requested resources and device or browser information as necessary to deliver the website and prevent unauthorized access.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide materials and quotations, discuss market research, sales development and business relationship support, and communicate about and perform contracts. We also use it as necessary to maintain correspondence records, improve services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Uses beyond these purposes are subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties without your consent, except where permitted or required by law. When external providers process information for our operations, we review the recipients and safeguards appropriate to that work.

We use Cloudflare for website delivery and communication protection, and microCMS for public content management and image delivery. Our website does not send inquiry content to the article CMS. If we add external email delivery or other form services, we will update this policy to reflect their actual use.

4. International processing

We operate from Vietnam, where our staff may handle inquiries received from Japan and other countries. Cloud providers may also process information outside your country. We take the steps required by applicable law, including relevant notices, consent or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about specific recipients, countries and safeguards.

5. Security and retention

We work to protect information from unauthorized access, loss and disclosure through measures appropriate to the data, including encrypted communications and access controls. We retain information for the period needed for inquiry handling, contracts, dispute resolution and legal retention obligations, then delete it or remove identifying details when it is no longer needed.

6. Cookies and access information

Cookies and similar technologies support security and functions such as administrator previews. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, users, referral sources, devices and regions to improve this website. Google processes cookie identifiers and communication information. We do not implement analytics events that transmit names, email addresses or form contents; unnecessary URL queries and fragments are removed from measurement values. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

The analytics tag is not loaded before consent or on subsequent visits after refusal, and administrator draft previews are excluded. Your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days and can be changed in Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes this site's GA cookies; it does not erase information already processed by Google. You can also restrict cookies through your browser. 7. Your requests

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of use or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information. We may verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law. Where legal retention obligations or others' rights prevent us from fulfilling a request, we will explain the reason.
